Let's say you need to download a file behind a firewall that blocks torrent traffic.
You usually set the torrent client port to something else but if the firewall also does traffic fingerprinting then this won't work. Or worse, you get flagged.
The solution?
Right click and add the torrent to Seedr then it'll start downloading it for you. When it's done, download the file.
Their server cache the most popular torrents so most of the time, it takes seconds before the file is ready to download.
Download is done via port 80 i think so firewalls don't block it and since it's a common download, there is zero fingerprinting.
Their servers are all over the world and they are fast. Line speed usually!
Frankly impressed by the tech and the simplicity.
